Is it okay to shower or bath when having a cold or flu?

The moist air is excellent for a cold. It will help you breathe more easily. Immediately after getting out of the tub or shower, rub Vick's Vaporub on your throat area and that will help to keep your nasal passages clear so that you can continue breathing easily.

If you have the flu with a fever, a cool bath or shower might help to cool off your body and bring down the fever. If there is no fever, it would be comforting to have a warm bath.Is it okay to shower or bath when having a cold or flu?
Half the time, thats the only way i can breathe. Is it okay to shower or bath when having a cold or flu?
yes I would even get some cold care bath stuff you might feel better
Totally, it might even help you feel a little better. I know that for me, there's nothing more relaxing than a nice hot shower when I'm sick.
no.... u shouldn't....... especially when you're having cold...
yea.. why wouldnt it be
Its great for you actually. The hot water vaporizes and enters your lungs and can clear sinuses and help you breathe better. It can also relax your achey muscles people tend to get when they have cold or flulike symptoms. The steam and heat arent going to hurt you at all. Sometimes people will even add things like essential oils to help them breathe easier. So to answer your question its perfectly okay, in fact I encourage it.
As long as you take a shower with a fresh, invigorating bar of Dr. Bronner's Pure Castile Eucalyptus Soap, you will be fine. Besides, eucalyptus is known to get rid of a cold and a flu.
I love having a hot steamy shower wen having a cold

caus it helps clear the head and nose helps u breathe so much better
