Converting bath to shower?

I live in a condo with 2bed/2bath and I wanted to know whether converting one of the bathrooms into a shower would make the property value go down?Converting bath to shower?
It doesnt have to be just a shower you could turn it into bothConverting bath to shower?
I think your best bet is to add a shower fixture to both bathroom tubs, if they're not already installed. That would make for the greatest flexibility for future owners. Lots of people enjoy a bath once in awhile, even if their regular mode of bathing is a shower.

However, if you want a real shower stall as opposed to a tub-shower combination, put it in the bathroom where your family agrees will be most convenient for the majority. If possible, put an extra closet or cupboard in the leftover space after replacing the tub with the shower.
no, it might actually make the price rise.
Fairly commonly, a bath conversion keeps the tub and adds a shower, for maximum flexibility as another respondent correctly stated.
I would say not, I don't know of many people who take a bath these days and if the unit has one bath, I should think that more than enough.
First, it's not proprty value. The value of your home will go up if you use the extra space previously used by the bath tub wisely.
